Yes, we offers several different personal shopping services. Clients have the option to choose to shop in person with us or to have JCUF personal shop for them. We can come to you (Travel fees will apply).
We ask for at least a month notice on the concept and budget the client may have for the shoot. In addition to that, a deposit fee & travel fee must be made 2 weeks before the actual date.
No, JCUF asks all customers to at least give her a two week notice prior to booking for styling or an event. She recommends a month in advance due to scheduling.

There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR ACCESSORIES , CLOTHES OR HATS ETC.
WHAT IF THE CARRIER DAMAGES MY ITEMS?!
To be eligible for a return through delivery carriers due to damages you will have to contact your local delivery carriers customer service center. The delivery carriers would be responsible for all damages once packages leave JCUF facility. JCUF items are throughly checked for damages , tears , pieces missing & more. Before & after packaging is set out for delivery which leaves us to feel confident to ensure that items are unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase that can increase your chances of feature refunds with carriers. JCUF will not be responsible for delivery damages & returns.

Wrong items and issues?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ensure to send out correct items to customers that received wrong items.
CAN I RETURN MY SALE ITEMS ?!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items everything will be final size.
